About — Jo Arteaga

Jo is a London-based Creative Director and Copywriter.
She started her career in Venezuela, where she’s originally from and has been working in the UK for over 10 years. She also has experience working for EMEA markets, most recently Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands.

Jo has completely nailed some aspects of being a great Creative Director. She lives in Hackney, wears black a lot and uses phrases like “Let’s unpack this”, “Let’s circle back” and “Let’s park this idea for now.”

But, she still has some bits to work on, like she likes the word “awesome” and needs to stop doing thumbs up so much already, jeez, just stop it woman.

She is a sucker for nice and funny people and is always happy to help make something better, whether it’s a line of copy or the stationary cupboard.
