What do you mean you haven’t heard of Cuéntamelo? You must not be part of the 0.00003% of people living in the UK who speak Spanish and have children. Sorry, but you are missing out.
In 2019 I needed a project of my own, and I was weirdly into children's books in Spanish (still am). So that December, Cuéntamelo opened its digital doors - an online bookshop selling children's books in Spanish.
Yes, it will never be the next Amazon, and yes, I will probably never make a living from it.
But finding and selling quality books in Spanish makes me very happy.
I created the tone of voice and worked with a Venezuelan designer to create the branding.
I wanted the brand to feel modern and stay away from kiddy cliches.
